What are the benefits of getting fit?

Why hire a certified personal trainer?

Certified personal trainers have many hours and sometimes years of health, physiology, nutrition, and workout safety training. Certified trainers take your health, your personal goals and your safety very seriously. HTFU trainers keep their certifications, CPR and liability insurance current. Non-certified and "mail-order certified" trainers on the other hand have little or no practical training, and usually don't or can't carry liability insurance.

What is the HTFU advantage?

At HTFU, our trainers will provide you with a fitness evaluation, a personalized program, and a supervised exercise prescription. We will measure your progress at certain intervals and keep you motivated. We know you can do it. Now HTFU!

What kind of time commitment do I need?

You can get strong and fit in as little as 30 minutes, three times per week. We understand that you have a busy schedule.

Do I need any special equipment?

No equipment is specifically required - we will work with what you have, even if that's just your own body weight. Of course, if you have a kettlebell, a barbell, medicine ball or sand bag, do let us know! We'll incorporate these tools into your workouts to make them fun, effective and challenging. 

Where are you located?
