For some people, training alone with a trainer is the way to go. For others, it just wouldn't be the same without your best friends. And some of you prefer the camaraderie of a larger group. No problem! At HTFU, we offer one-on-one sessions, small group workouts and bootcamp-style classes to suit everyone's needs. We also offer on-line program design if you live too far away to come to our gym. HTFU BootcampSummer is coming late to Winnipeg but you'll be ready for the beach! Join us for a fun, fat-burning bootcamp at Provencher Park on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 - 6:30 am. We will be using many fun tools and techniques to build lean muscle and rev up your metabolism. Bootcamp pricing: Sign up for one session, or save money and stay motivated all summer long by signing up for more. 1 session - $199 for a 4 week block Space is limited so sign up now to avoid disappointment! On-line Personal TrainingHTFU's promise to you is that you will not receive a cookie-cutter training plan. After purchasing an on-line training package, you will receive a detailed questionnaire about your current training and nutritional habits, and general lifestyle. Once we receive your payment, your signed PAR-Q form, and your completed questionnaire, we build your personal training program, full of information and exercise descriptions. |
